Hello!

I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Léa grow her design skills over the five years we worked together. She can jump in at any point of a project, whether at the end of the project or at the creation, and excel beautifully at any stage. Her craft and detail are exemplary; mostly highlighted in her illustrative work and interaction design.

I love that Léa doesn't just agree and says things look "good" and will pause and give thoughtful feedback to the team. I also love that when we give Léa critique and Léa disagrees, she will explain why she did something and then decide whether or not she will change her design based on the feedback.

Despite any project challenges that can arise, Léa navigates with speed and empathy with the best solution in mind, working cross collaboratively with many different departments. A plus, she is a great fit for any team! She brings a bright presence with a constructive eye; she brings this energy as part of the team culture, whether it is talking about weekend plans to giving visuals critiques to fellow designers as well as brainstorms when she works through any design brief.

Léa does an excellent job time managing with the never ending list of design requests that come in. She is very positive with unrealistic timelines and is willing and a team player when it comes to putting out "fire-drill" projects. She is able to quickly turnaround projects when we are asked with the last minute requests.
